1. Pressure Sensing and Signal Generation of Safety Mat Sensor

The high accuracy of the sensor ensures that it is able to detect pressure applied to it with great speed and precision.
Upon detecting sufficient pressure, the pressure sensor promptly generates an electrical signal.

The electrical signal is then transmitted to the connected safety or control system.
The signal is transmitted rapidly and reliably to guarantee that the safety mechanism responds in a timely manner.

3. Safety Mechanism Activation of Pressure Mat Sensor

Upon receipt of the signal from the pressure sensor, the safety controller or control system promptly analyzes it.
If the safety mechanism is triggered (i.e., it is confirmed that a person or object has entered the danger zone), the controller will promptly cut off the power supply to the protected machine or send the corresponding control signal.
Upon receiving a signal to stop or slow down, the machine will immediately cease or decelerate its operation, thereby preventing potential injuries.

4. Subsequent Processing

Following the cessation or reduction in speed of the machine, relevant personnel can then proceed with any necessary subsequent processing, such as equipment inspection, troubleshooting, or guiding people out of the danger zone.
Additionally, a record of the safety mat's activation is maintained for subsequent analysis and review.

5. Reset and Recovery

Once the hazardous situation has been resolved, the safety mats can be reset by the control system.
