Safety Mats
The DADISICK industrial safety mat sensor is a pressure-sensitive safety protection device that uses cutting-edge technology to detect movement and presence on factory floors. When a set minimum weight is applied to the safety mat, the switch will close, and the controller will then send a stop signal to the protected machine to stop its movement. Ensure timely response to potential hazards and protect operators from harm. The safety mat sensor can be customized according to the unique requirements of your facility.

Enhanced Safety:
Industrial safety mats are suitable for factory conditions. It features a PVC anti-slip surface layer and anti-slip grade R9. Single-area safety protection can be increased by assembling multiple safety carpet sensors, which can be used to extend the area of protection and enhance flexibility. Safety carpet is compatible with switch mode safety controllers and accepts customization of non-standard sizes and shaped safety carpet products.
Durability:
The product is designed to detect people or heavy objects weighing more than 20 kilograms, with a mechanical life of more than 3 million cycles and withstanding impact loads of 800 KG/CM².
Wide Applicability:
Safety carpet laying area is flexible and can be supplied in different sizes or shapes according to user requirements. DADISICK safety mat is applicable for wide range of industry such as: paper industry, electronics industry, automotive welding lines, forging lines, general industrial applications, automatic palletizers and other light and heavy industrial applications.
